- **No-Show Policy**: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment or service without prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the service.

- **Refund Eligibility**: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or service. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

- **Non-Refundable Items**: Certain services, such as special packages, workshops, and courses, may be non-refundable. Please review the specific terms and conditions for each service before making a booking.

- **Product Refunds**: If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Vedamrita Institute, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
